Carrier Liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Information gathered in the SMS campaign will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Corporation disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses, that data retrieved from third-party financial institutions will be accurate, complete, or timely, or that any savings, budgeting, or financial result will be achieved through your use of the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability
